I turned to Jen when I was in the throes of a health crisis, desperate for relief. In truth, I had expected to get some nutrition counseling and move on. What I got instead was life-changing wisdom that not only guided me through the process of looking at how I want to age, but gave me the permission I craved to really rethink my soon-to-be empty nester life.  

Over the weeks with Jen, I rethought my entire relationship with food, lost 15 lbs, picked up a new exercise routine, started writing again, and learned how to use meditation to regulate my emotions. As a side benefit, the new energy I gained and the confidence in my body inspired more romance and intimacy with my husband.
