I can't recommend 21 Day reset highly enough. The food was delicious, and I never felt hungry. It has resulted in a complete lifestyle change for me and my family and has shifted the way I eat permanently. I feel great, have so much more energy and I lost weight (although that wasn't the goal for me). It feels great to be eating a mostly plant based and healthy diet. It has also really encouraged my husband and kids to eat healthier as well. I am extremely grateful.

My workout strength increased dramatically. I recovered very quickly. I suffer from a torn ACL (after surgery) and with the lifestyle changes with the 21 Day Reset it has reduced the pain, swelling, and terrible sound I hear from my knees. Embarking on the 21-day reset journey was really eye opening for me. Before the reset I had trouble with regular bowel movements and major bloating issues because I was not always paying attention to the foods that I was putting into my body. I’ve become more mindful of what I put into my body and how important it is to fuel my body with good intention. Not only did I come out of this with more awareness and confidence to make a healthy lifestyle change, I came out of this feeling lighter, less bloated, with more energy, normal and regular bowel movements and a nice glow!

I was really nervous to try the reset because I tend to be an unhealthy and emotional eater. However, I found so many benefits, and it was much easier than expected, especially with all the recipes provided! Within the first week I lost 5 pounds and noticed my stomach was much flatter and I never felt bloated. My skin cleared up as well, and I’ve been able to maintain my skin complexion! I’ve been much more conscious now of how I eat and how much water I drink. The process was really eye-opening.

Jen’s program was easy to follow and provided an endless resource of recipes, group support and positive vibes. This program is not just about changing your eating habits, it also encourages the altering of life habits to center yourself, make healthier life choices and promote exercise. I had many positive results from the reset, most noting were better sleep and muscle/joint lubrication. Prior to the reset, I would normally wake up once or twice a night and during the reset I was able to get a deeper and uninterrupted sleep. As an aging athlete, prior to the reset, I would have to spend about 5-10 minutes stretching and flexing my knees and hips before staring my day. Through and after the reset, I noticed a substantial improvement of my joints. I continue to be cognizant of what I put into my body and I am very grateful for this experience and cannot thank Jennifer enough for her support and gentle nudging.

It’s definitely a reset! I feel so much better and recharged. I had very bad sleeping habits and issues and have NEVER been able to improve them. I’m sleeping so much better, have more concentration, and my headaches have improved. I appreciated new amazing recipes which I have found challenging to find healthy good ones. This 21-day reset really has changed my relationship with food. I’ve struggled for my entire life with overcomingmy addiction to sugar and its dopamine hits, but this container has made me stay disciplined. While I definitely had times of feeling sluggish from the detoxing, I mostly felt hyper-energized; it was amazing to feel the difference in my mental and physical being when my body didn’t have to sort through processed food. I literally felt my senses being heightened! I am also now more aware of certain foods that caused bloating and inflammation in my gut, like the raw milk was having. Overall, I will carry these lessons and my newfound relationship with me…forever! Thank you so much Jen for educating and guiding me, and everyone else for helping keep me accountable!

All is going phenomenal. Sleeping better, more energy in the morning and cravings for caffeine and sugar are gone. Not missing the alcohol either- probably the biggest issue with my sleep. We were definitely “wired and tired” before the reset. Now, we are tired in a good way, resting deeply at night, and maintaining continuous, alert energy throughout the day without the drastic dips and spikes of our previously caffeinated, sugar-filled lives. We have come to realize that all of the little indulgences added up and became detrimental habits that were having an insidious impact on our health. This program has helped us to plan and shop deliberately, take conscious mouthfuls, and pay close attention to what we are feeling and whether food/beverages are really the physiological need or the habitual want. It is good to feel empowered and in control of our nutritional input, instead of feeling addicted or dependent upon foods/beverages or, worse, … not feeling or thinking and simply functioning on hand-to-mouth autopilot.

Before I started this reset, I was nervous that the experience would be burdensome. It was not; for me, it was life-changing. What I found, through Jen’s easy-to-follow plans and supportive coaching, was that the resest helped me identify healthy ways to prepare and enjoy the foods I already loved and to think about how and why I was eating. Jen helped me figure out what foods work for me and which foods I should to “enjoy” in limited quantities (and introduced me to some helpful strategies for self-care). After participating in this reset, I feel like I understand my body, which has, in turn, given me control over the food-related decisions I’m making. I have gained a life-long ability to choose and prepare healthy, life-giving meals. And I have the knowledge to grocery shop for my health. Additionally, I shed nearly 15 pounds (and since have lost an additional 7)! I cannot say enough of what an impact this experience has had on me. A barrier was lifted, and I feel like I’ve been given the gift of a friendship with my body.

Jen is amazing! She is so inspiring, warm, encouraging, passionate, and committed to guiding us through better eating habits and our overall wellness! Her 21 Day Reset program helped me learn how different foods affected the way I felt through the day and week as well as how a little self-care every day, can go a long way! I now feel so much more aware of my food sensitivities, allergies, and what my body needs and can do without! My goal was to find more energy and not feel so tired all the time and it is so great to not wake up tired and go through my day with more energy and awareness! So grateful Jen!
